Koncom oktobra som tam kupil jeden atik (nik iny ho vtedy este nemal). Odoslali, dostal som TN, a od 3. novembra sa balik nehybe. Po mesiaci som im napisal, prisla vseobecna odpoved, pisal som opat s tym, ze uz chcem aspon zlavu, inak to zacnem riesit cez PayPal. Odpoved bola, nech pockam dalsich 20-25 dni... Tak som zacal disputu na PP, opat davali vseobecne odpovede, nech pockam a ze nech komunikujem len cez mail, nie cez PayPal. Tak som v piatok spor posunul (claim), ich jedina odpoved bola, ze poslali len TN (ktore som uz mal), bez akehokolvek komentara. Nic, len cislo... Nahnevalo ma to, ze ma stale tlacili do terminu, po ktorom sa uz neda problem eskalovat, a stale cakaj, zrus disputu na PP,... Su to uz takmer dva mesiace (atik som medzitym kupil inde), no ten objednany stale nemam a ani peniaze. A podla zistenych informacii je tento styl u nich bezny.
Beriem, zasielka sa stratit moze (uz som to nie raz zazil), ale predajca ako jediny moze intervenovat na poste, a seriozny predajcovia komunikuju, su ochotny sa dohodnut, no tento nie. Takze v buducnosti radsej pockam, kym chceny tovar budu mat tie serioznejsie obchody hoc aj drahsie. A ani ten usetreny dolar-dva za podobne pripadne problemy mi za to nestoji...
